The lights in the room by the bed didn’t work( the main lights ) They didn’t give is a new room nor did they discount the room. I even had the man behind the front desk look at the problem and he said he would call the room about how to solve the problem and we heard nothing.

Maintence crew starting hammering and drilling above my room at 8:45 am in the morning. I called to the front and ask to speak to a manager. No manager was present. I will not stay at this property ever again. You should have waited atleast to 10:30 am right before check out to start making repairs

The shuttle driver dropped us at the wrong Comfort suites. We had no idea that there was another same affiliate hotel close by. We walked at night (which made us women nervous)in drenching rain-not far however- to the right place. We had a king room with a fold out couch that had a dirty mattress with terrible springs- like the kind from the 70s. There ARE better newer mattresses on the market. All else was good and the breakfast was ok. The king bed was also very comfortable.

For over $300 per night I expected better. We also waited an hour for the shuttle and were told that we could not have a blanket when we called the front desk. We would not stay again.

We stayed for one night only prior to a cruise. The suites were nice size and very clean. I rarely stay in hotels, so I was unaware of the need to use a master switch to turn on lamps and outlets. I called the front desk to see if there was a secret code to access those 😉 The man at the front desk was curt and rude and acted as if I should have known this. For us older folks, I would have found it helpful for them to tell me that at check-in. The free breakfast was good and I like that they have it from 6 to 10. I also appreciate the free shuttle from the hotel to the dock, however, the day we were leaving, there was an accident on the highway and the shuttle was unable to get back for over an hour. Not their fault, but the gentleman coordinating the shuttles suddenly disappeared when that happened and did not give us any updates. Overall, I would stay here again as the rooms were very nice and spacious.
