This place is terrible. The manager and her employees are liars. I requested non-smoking rooms and was given Room 224, which reeked of smoke and pee, with a filthy bathtub. I asked for a different room and was given Room 225, which was even worse—still smoky, with a chirping smoke detector that needed a new battery. The manager falsely claimed we stayed in the room that night, but we have proof we were at a different location. She charged me for a night that I wasn’t even there. Even though I tried to explain that I couldn't be in two places at once, but she didn’t care. I had my papers from the hotel that I was at with dates and time. I’m sure they can pull the camera there too. She didn’t want to look like a camera for verify and that’s extremely suspicious. This place needs to be investigated—who knows how many people they’ve scammed? Too bad for them, I’m from Florida and know how this game works. Avoid this place.
