The Eden Roc and the Nobu hotel share the same building and amenities with a key exceptions. The Nobu hotel has a very nice adult only pool while the Eden roc has 3 pools, one of which is under construction along with the jacuzzi. The two pools available are OK but neither one is only for adults and during our stay there were a lot of loud kids. The food available for pool and beach service could be better and the food at one of the main restaurants on the property, Ocean Social, is okay. Nothing amazing but nothing egregiously appalling. Beach access, meaning access to the chairs and umbrellas, ends at 5pm, which is way too early. Additionally we were a group of 3 and only 2 beach chairs are complimentary which doesn’t make sense because we are charged for 3 people in the hotel reservation. Therefore we had to rent a 3rd one. The rooms are fine; ours didn’t have a full body mirror and the mini fridge situation is not helpful at all. The fridge is built to just store the drinks the hotel can charge you for and not anything else, which sucks because sometimes you have left overs or want to have your own beverages, but we made do by taking out the beverages they had, and making space for our items. However the fridge has sensors so when we took out the drinks the hotel tried to charge us for it. Overall it’s an okay place- would probably prefer the Nobu hotel for access to the adult pool or another hotel.

Nice resort overall but it did not meet expectations of being the second best hotel in Miami. The stay was not comfortable due to several reasons. The temperature of the room didn’t go below 74 degrees the entire stay. Contacted guest services on multiple occasions and the issue was still not fixed. Each morning there was a fire alarm announcement that came through the intercom in the room that woke everyone up to include the flashing light that continually flashed through the night. The Nobu Spa representative was very standoffish and judgmental to my daughter and I stating that we had to be on the premises with an adult or someone 18 and older. I had to inform this woman that I was well beyond the age of 18 and that my daughter was with me and she stated I looked like her sister cause I look so young. The ocean social bar had someone run a tab tied to my room number which was insane cause my kids and I never dined at this particular place during our stay.

Could do better overall. The staff were rude and we did not really have a great experience. We booked 4 nights and were told there will be a hold of $200 per night which was never mentioned while we booked the stay. Rooms were not cleaned properly. Everything is for an extra price there.

Lets start with the hallways are super hot! Its like there is np ac on.. The walkway to the pool from the rooms was closed making everyone have to walk around to go outside to the pool. The beach charges you for the umbrella that you know you need! The manager woke me up at 9am my last night with security bc my card wasnt going through. Mind you, I'm sleeping and i havent checked out. They had no beach chair covers the last day. Just a little messy and construction everywhere dueing the weekend

I was a bit disappointed about my stay especially since The Eden Roc is considered a top notch hotel. The bathroom tub was dirty when we arrived. Housekeeping did not clean on Thursday or Friday throughout my stay. I had to call them to request housekeeping. On the day I request housekeeping, they didn't show up and I called for them to come by again. The tub was also not working, only the shower. They had sent an engineer, but never ended up fixing it. I was hoping for a better experience overall.
