Great restaurants under the hotel, walking distance to most of south beach. Parking is expensive but a less expensive parking garage is 3 blocks away. If your room is facing the street, it will be loud but other parts of the hotel is fairly quiet. Iā€™d stay again

Buyer Bewareā€¦Just remember I told you. so.
Avoid this stay. Try to find it on the map. You will have additional deposits, applications, identity proof documents, etc. They are not what they appear to be. That is why they come highly discounted.

Great, safe area near restaurants, convenient stores add shopping. Self check in is smooth and easy. Parking is $42/night through the hotel but there is $20/night parking within 2 blocks. But overall, it was great and Iā€™d stay again

Good to stay.
The place is amazing. Location perfect. The ckecking and found the building it was very difficult. So, here are a few tips. Lication is between Washington Ave and EspanƱola Way. Firts building is between the Cuban restaurant and the cigars place. Buildings 2, 3, 4 after. Between the ice cream place and the Hosteria Romana. Everything is so handing. I met the manager he is a great person. The room is perfect. However not the room I choose in my reservation. Get in touch with customer service is really bad. Wait to long or you have to leave a message if you call and then they call you. Othervthan that I highly recommend.

I am writing to request a refund for my stay at Kasa due to significant issues. The room was not clean, the advertised amenities were unavailable or non-functional, and the customer service was unprofessional and unresponsive to my complaints. Additionally, excessive noise disrupted my stay. These issues made my experience unsatisfactory, and I believe a full refund is justified. Please advise on the necessary steps to process this refund.

Bugs!!!
There were bugs in the unit on the curtains, in bathroom, and in the bed. The unit was pretty solid in other aspects, nice bathroom and bed, but the bugs are extremely disappointing and gross.

Love this property! The only thing is the street lighting next to bedroom windows and not any convenient parking. Had to pay an additional $135 to valet park for the weekend! Other than that great property.

Was absolutely great! Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, stocked with everything youā€™d need (pots,pans, plates, cups, silverware, shower/ bathroom supplies) ex.. We got 2 free chairs with our stay with Kasa which was a plus and coupons for some nearby restaurants. We had an amazing time. Definitely recommend!!

Overall nice little hotel. Staff was friendly and room was clean and comfy. Only thing I didnā€™t like that there is no elevator and the ā€œbody washā€ in the bath was the same thing as the hand soap.

Iā€™ve been going to this property for years. Itā€™s my only go to spot when I visit south beach. Iā€™m actually looking at their other locations in other states. Itā€™s perfect for when you want to have the apt experience and not really a hotel experience but you have the perks of a hotel lol itā€™s a great spot to stay. The staff that is around are very nice and accommodating when you need something
