Loved everything about this property! Staff were friendly and efficient. Deco was beautiful. Rooms were clean. Areas were well lit and we felt very safe. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style, also made to order station is available. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and I will stay here every time I’m in town

Toilet clogged late at night and late evening staff wouldn’t sterilize suite bathroom because they we’re supposedly understaffed with only 1 manager available even after explaining poopy water overflowed onto the floor. other than that day shift and staff super friendly and kind manger for day shift discounted my parking for the inconvenience very thankful will return someday ty

Great place…clean room, heated pool, shuttle to airport was fantastic, breakfast was top notch. Nice evening reception with 2 free drinks per guest, along with light snacks. Will definitely be back!

This is a dated property which appears tired. Some of the staff interactions have been less than the standard I have been used to using embassy suites not bad but nothing to write home about which is concerning the room was adequate but sub par for a Hilton chips in the tile in the bathroom floor and a shower head that sprays out on the floor accessories were nice modern but archaic… not even a usb plug in anywhere. I made it a poo t to eat I. The restaurant the cost were outrageous Amy bill at Ruth Chris usually runs about 150.00 from my son and i….. this was no Ruth Chris and it was 148.00 seriously trying to over simplify things fish mahi mahi and blackened salmon was extremely dry server never came back in fact the one guy told us she was in the bathroom. Not something I needed to know or wanted to know disappointed in the presentation and the service something in the restaurant is broken everything g was brought at once then they went to get the wine and silverware while we looked at our food…..I still tipped her well but I was not convinced she earned that tip. Overall displeased you can do better!! I think

We knew booking this stay that it was convenient for the location to the airport, therefore the airplane traffic came along with the territory. So be prepared for the plane noise. It didn’t bother us as we sleep with a sound machine and the kids actually loved seeing the planes outside. We like the vibe of the Embassy chain where theres always something going on, watching cruisers or conference folks comes and go. The breakfast and happy hour is the perk to staying here. Overall, great stay.

Beautiful property. Loved the pool and hottub area. The buffet was good and the happy hour was fun. The courtyard is beautiful. It’s safe and clean. Lots of cruisers there which is why we were there. Shuttle picked us up at airport right away. Got transported to the cruise port also. Loved the place.
