The room was HORRIBLE. The toilet clogged overnight. With fecal matter, (not us). We only got the room for one night. Bathroom and shower was extremely dirty. Pee all over the sides. Staff did poorly cleaning the room The hotel staff was great and very nice.

My husband and I stayed here for an evening after arriving back in Florida from a cruise. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived early in the morning and Florencia at the front desk allowed us to store our bags in the lobby until check in later that day. She even gave us a half hour early check in as we were exhausted. The property and room were very clean and chic and we loved that we were walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. It was a perfect stay!

It was wondeful overall. The guy Andres at front desk was very helpful. Helped me a lot as my cruise check in was delayed at port so he allowed to stay for an extra hour till 12 pm. The manager was great as well, she stored my luggage in office room so I was able to walk around prior to check in time without worring about my luggage. Staff was excellent 👌. Will recommend this hotel to others. Area around ht hotel, there was soo much to do and explore. Beach is walking distance and ocean drive as well. The best area over all. The only thing lacking was elevator. If this hotel had elevator then this will be the best. Happy with every thing esp the staff.

The experience was horrible. The hotel is in a weird location with lots of homeless. The outside is dirty. The room smelled so bad of bleach that my eyes were literally red and burning. The floor was so dirty and the walls were all chipped. You can hear everything in this room and the outside window had no view and random people were walking past in the alley. We didn’t even stay an hour here. We left.
