Very mediocre, not a 5 star hotel stay. The service in not particularly friendly or helpful. Rooms are noisy. Made a reservation at their restaurant , mirabella and had a long wait despite reservation. The hotel feels very corporate with gaudiness sprinkled in. Do not recommend.

Weather was amazing, pool atmosphere was on point. Every one of the staff members were extremely helpful. In the mornings, there are HIIT classes offered for guests from 6:30-8:30am. Overall 5/5 experience and will stay here every single time I return to Miami!

Some of the lights in my room, and the TV, weren't working. They tried fixing it, but they couldn't figure it out right then. They offered us to change rooms. Overall, our stay was really nice. Stunning rooms, gorgeous grounds, and of course, the beach!
