My first time at this location, close to shopping and to US1 to go north or south. The hotel is in good condition and serves breakfast.

Hotel is in an excellent location - close to shops, food, and highways so easy to get around. Loved the free parking - other hotels in area charged fees. One negative is our room smelled really bad. I don't think the fan in the bathroom worked so humidity from showering had nowhere to go. Room smelt damp and gross, had to buy an air freshener to help make it more manageable.

This is my go-to hotel in the Aventura area and I have stayed here 3 times. It just outside the city boundary of Aventura but everything is in walking distance. No charge for parking, unlike many properties in Aventura. The kitchen can get a bit crowded during breakfast. Rooms are clean and spacious enough. The staff are super accommodating. Love this property!
