The room had all the amenities which covered all my requirements during the stay. All areas of the room was cleaned well apart from getting a smell of urine. Which was from the carpet, which otherwise everything was perfect.

Very very nice staff. Went above and beyond. I had a baby with me, they offered a playpen and put it together and softened it with with warm sheets. A large order came into the lobby for an event we were attending and they kept it behind the desk until we were ready to leave. Breakfast was above above standard breakfast usually offered at hotels.

Very clean! Lovely room and the bathroom is stylish. The staff was so polite and professional. The breakfast was delicious and a fresh selection. Amenities in abundance. Security is obvious and the area is pleasant. My family will stay there again if in the area. We left smiling 😃

This hotel is very nice!! I slept wonderfully! They allowed us an early check in so we could get ready for Taylor Swift. The lady who checked us in apologized that the only room they had clean was on the second floor by the elevator! It was super quiet though and perfect!!! The front desk worker when we got ready for our concert took pictures for us, and they are great! Then, on checkout, Mr. Carlos helped us with our luggage! He was an angel!! If I come back to Miami, I will be staying at this property again!!! No complaints!!

This hotel was perfect for our needs: A trip to Zoo Miami with son, daughter-in-law and 2-year-old granddaughter. The pool was clean and welcoming - we were the only four using it the entire time in mid-October. The buffet breakfast had a lot of options (eggs, waffles, pancakes or french toast, a meat - bacon one morning, ham the next, cereals, pastries, oatmeal). And the employees were fantastic and friendly. They greeted us with smiles, and were cleaning tables immediately. The person who checked us in was absolutely wonderful. I wish I could pack them all up and take them with us on our Miami adventures. (And I am NOT a people-friendly person in general.)
