Great location for family with teens

The unit was clean and the view from the balcony was amazing. The unit was a great option for families traveling with kids or teens as they had their own beds and bathroom. The extra beach chairs in the unit were a bonus so we all had a place to sit on the beach. It was easy to get an Uber to local restaurants as there weren't a ton of options within walking distance. Walmart was a short walk and a great option to pick up food and sunscreen. We really enjoyed our stay!

Spring break

Comfortable. Amazing view and the perfect amount of space for our family of four. Init was quiet and very relaxing. Perfect. The ocean view from inside the unit made you feel secluded. The porch was great to sit on and appreciate both the beach & city view, especially at night. Appreciated the extra beach chairs. The beach saw sun a lot longer than anticipated (wasn’t blocked by the buildings) we did enjoy the pool in the afternoon. We must have timed the elevators right because they weren’t as much of a wait as anticipated. Glad I wasn’t discouraged to book.We walked to the Hollywood Broadwalk a couple times, had a lot of fun in that atmosphere.Overall perfect experience and would come back again.

Great Stay - Great time !

This place was really nice - BEST view EVER !! Only thing we didn’t like was how they stack you up in the beach with your “free “ beach chairs /umbrella… they had us packed in like sardines, not pleasant beach lounge time !! I suggest just taking the condos, beach chairs and umbrella and finding your own spot on the beach. Also, downtown is about 30 minute Uber ride and that is where a lot of adventures are. We had no troubles with the elevators and the check-in process was smooth, but we did not go during the 4 o’clock rush hour either, we went a bit later. It was my husband and I and a couple of our friends on this trip, I don’t think I would bring small children and stay that high up, I would be very nervous. Just FYI :) overall fabulous place!

Quick trip

My husband, son and son’s girlfriend came down to Florida for a quick trip early January. We had 2 full beautiful days. The location is great. The condo is on the 37th floor-which I loved but my husband who is scared of heights was not a fan of. The lady who checked us in was super rude. She acted like we were a big bother to get checked in and as we asked about info on the hotel she said “everything is on the 9th floor!” Due to a late flight we checked in around midnight. No one else was there and she had been on her phone-so we must have interrupted her game she was playing. The hotel does have a lot of fees if you don’t follow all of their rules but that is to keep the place nicer. There is also separate areas at the pool and on the beach for guests renting vs owners. Things are very overpriced at the hotel (strawberry daiquiri at the pool is 25) but for a quick trip to warmer weather it was nice.

Great Florida Beach Location

We had a great stay after a Disney Cruise. The unit and property was beautiful and the views were amazing. The beach was great for relaxing on the sand or playing in the water. Two beach chairs and an umbrella were provided by the association and the owners of the unit had two additional chairs in the unit which allowed our group to all have chairs. The pools were amazing. Both the beach and pool had chair food and beverage service which was very convenient. The only slight down side of being so high in the building was the elevator wait during busy times...but we were on vacation so we what's a little wait. Would highly recommend this condo.

The property was very clean and had the most amazing views from the balcony. The property management was very attentive and communicated promptly. Check-in was hassle-free. The only downfall was the long wait at the elevator, but everything else was perfect! We loved our stay here! Definitely recommend!!

3 Night pre-cruise

Wonderful condo with amazing view. We were two couples staying pre cruise. Exactly as pictured. Can’t find fault with anything. Comfortable bed, pillows not for me but that’s a personal preference. Extra beach chairs and body boards in closet. Within reasonable walking distance to Walmart that has a huge food section plus beer and wine. 7/11 across the street. Beach was great, the beach does get shady around 2 due to the tall buildings so that’s a good time to go the pool or off to sight see. We went on a boat tour on the inter coastal along millionaires row. Ubered to Hard Rock one night. We did eat at an excellent Italian restaurant called Matteo’s, probably could have walked but took an Uber, food was very good and had an amazing older waiter that had great stories. Restaurant on property was good , drinks are pricey but they are everywhere. I feel I do have to mention the elevators that is the one negative at the resort itself. They are ridiculously slow and just not enough of them. All in all a great pre cruise destination.

Enjoyable Stay

Big shout out to Zen employees for helping to orchestrate our move to another unit when we decided to extend our stay. Both units had exquisite views of the ocean anc very sizable balconies, which we loved. Plenty of space in the units and modern updated kitchens. The only downside was 3 working elevators for 41 floors during a busy holiday season meant long waits. We also enjoyed spa services in the building.

Hallandale Escape

Great place for a getaway for our family of 4 adults. Rooms were spacious with a wonderful gathering space in the middle. Kitchen was well appointed and allowed us to make several meals during our stay. The highlight of the property is the expansive balcony with amazing views of the ocean. Spent many hours having coffee, snacks and lots of conversation overlooking the water.

Perfect weekend.

The unit was perfect for our girls weekend. Access to the pool, the gym, and the beach made it ideal. I was super impressed with the responsiveness of the host when we had a couple of questions. Awsome place to stay!

I would highly recommend this property the views for the sunrise and sunsets are breathtaking. The property management was very attentive to any concerns we had. The Hyde Resort staff were all very helpful and friendly. I would though be aware when using Valet they did try to charge us double for a 8 day stay. Due to saying their internet was down and they could take cash only. I questioned the third party which is the Valet that Hyde Resorts uses. And had to persit on his figures being wrong. I did let the Front desk know when we were checking in. Other than that I would recommend the Condo and Zen Vacation Rentals for your next vacation. Thanks Sheri

Fall break family trip

Property is gorgeous. Condo was clean and great size for a family of 5. View on balcony was stunning. Beach was perfect. Was really nice to have the beach chairs with condo rental. Property manager was really helpful. Definitely will be returning! Thank you.
