Location Location Location! Everyone at this place was extremely helpful. You have to valet or find parking on the street, we did valet because that worked for us. We would definitely stay again on a future trip.

Kasa is not a regular hotel. There is no front desk and you are given a code at your check in time to open the front door to the lobby and another code to open your room. The room was clean and large. As long as you're okay with the "virtual front desk" it works. The location was very good.

Stayed for just one night but the location was perfect, super close to the beach and shopping. We walked up to Lincoln Road too. Room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here!

We had to find a room last minute during the hurricane and while many other hotels were charging astronomical amounts of money for a room, Kasa was reasonable and convenient to a lot of things to do
