Liked: Friendly staff, Complementary Airport shuttle, Choices for some food right there. And a couple gas stations. Dislikes: Majority of the local businesses right there and some hotel staff speak Spanish. I walked across the parking lot to get my nails done and I had to put a translator on my phone so she knew what I wanted etc. other then what’s mentioned above not much to do in area within walking distance.

We waited over an hour for the shuttle from the airport. Communication about the timing of the shuttle was very poor and we had a negative interaction with the front desk staff when we called for the third time about the status of the shuttle.The room was just okay. There was no mini fridge or microwave. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was tiny and the door would not shut all the way. There were some interesting characters outside at various times and I did not feel super safe walking next door to McDonald's or Wendy's. The breakfast was probably the worst part. All bread and sugary options with no protein except for boiled eggs. No scrambled eggs, no sausage, no bacon, no ham, nothing. Great if you love a sugar high but terrible if you are diabetic or health conscious.

Friendly staff. A lot of staff did not speak English (along with the surrounding businesses) I walked across the parking lot and had my nails done and had to download an app to help translate. The area has food options and a couple gas stations walking distance but really nothing else.

I had a terrible experience at this location. I didn’t check the bed until after I took my shower and tried to lie down, only to find a blood stain hidden under a pillow, along with another unknown stain. When I reported it, the staff brought a replacement sheet but asked me to change it myself, with no assistance from housekeeping. The manager not only refused to take responsibility for the stains but also assumed the blood was intentional just because I’m not a male! There was NO APOLOGY or acknowledgment of the issue. I am extremely disappointed and cannot recommend this place.
