The property was in poor condition due to humidity, the service was terrible, and the staff stood around chatting like hens clucking in a corner, giving the impression of a low-class establishment. The air conditioner in the room made a noise that sounded like an airplane engine. Overall, it was a completely unpleasant experience.

The staff here was amazing and very friendly. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. However, the rooms were terrible. Rust stains, corner mold patch up and disgusting shower floors. I showered on top of a towel, but there were none in the room when we arrived. Also had a smell to the room as if it was wet... uncomfortable stay overall.

Place is mediocre. Saw a small cockroach when I was fixing my bed. I stayed 3 nights at the hotel and found the cockroach on my 4th day on my way to checking out. And I don't eat in the room nor bring food in the room. Breakfast, has very limited options even if I went there 30 minutes after the breakfast opened. will I stay here next time, no i wont

it’s a normal hotel nothing special about it. The pool was closed when we arrived, but we went to the beach so it was OK if you’re thinking of doing ride share anywhere to South Beach or downtown I wouldn’t recommend this hotel from the distance it is and how pricey the ride share is but overall I give this hotel a eight out of 10 breakfast was delicious. Close to airport that’s a plus but no shopping centers around mini plaza next-door about a five minute walk.

Hotel was very dirty, my 1 year old had black knees and hands every time she crawled on the bedroom floor. The elevator was held together with tape and really set my anxiety off as I already have a fear of elevators. I would not stay here again and we actually checked out early because of how dirty the rooms alone were.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. And I stayed in a lot of hotels. It really should be shut down until it gets renovated. It was awful, in every way.
