Heated Pool is great - beach is great too but you should not be charged $25 for a beach umbrella when resort fees are $33.80 per day (per person). Ice machine on our floor but no glasses in our room.

Roaches, room ok

Paid extra for ocean view got partial ocean view. Roach came crawling out of the vent. Took pictures killed it went down stairs they didn't have another room, didnt have a sister hotel. They wanted to spray the room while we were stull in the room explained i would prefer when we are not in the room. Management said we can wave the resort fee. ($100) I asked would they hive me my money back so i can book another hotel he said i can charge you for the 1 night you were here. It was 1am so we stayed 1 night but was going into the 2nd night. Just a bad experience at this hotel. Not sure if i would come back after its remodeled in 2026 They were in the process of remodeling so i understood but just like wth they couldn't really accommodate. No room service Remote battery died. Had to get someone to come to our room to change the batteries. Tried several times to add pictures it would not work but im definitely writing a review on other sites about this hotel. Wait until the renovations are over in 2026 to nook this hotel. Rooms are run down, carpet dirty, couch and chairs dirty and wornout. Hotel is right off the beach. Great view, balcony has 2 plastic chairs and a table

avoid this place

hotels.com advertises many amenities. Its false advertising. The place is under renovation. No restaurant or bar or lobby or .. Its also very loud. Everything in the room - furniture, carpet, etc. - is very old. The hotel is near the beach, but its a dump. A family might take that deal if it were cheap, but its very overpriced for the quality.

Old and dingy with bad plumbing

Room was very old and dingy. Bathroom sink was clogged and you had to hold the lever for the toilet to flush. Was here for business and couldnt wait to check out. Only stayed one night and that was one night too many. Couldn't recommend.

Disappointed

I hate to give a bad review, so I'll start with the positive. The night desk clerk and valet were extremely nice and accommodating. However, the hotel itself is undergoing some much need remodeling. The carpet was thread bare; the hallway and room had an odor that was unpleasant. the mirror in the bathroom (once fogged with steam) showed where someone had drawn a heart. So, obviously the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. Overall, we stayed about 5 hours, showered and left. What was supposed to be a couple of days of combined business and pleasure turned out to be very disappointing. I wish them well with their remodel and hope things improve.
