Our room was a I bedroom suite, #923. The carpet was dirty, long curly black hair in bathroom tub (I’m blonde and my husband is bald, there were no washcloths, and the bed had several broken springs making it extremely difficult to slee, one spring even cut my husbands arm through the sheets. It was noisy from room next door, we could hear everything and they allow way too many guests in a room. The staff was very nice, especially the bellman, I wish I’d gotten his name, he’s bald with glasses and was wonderful! The property has the potential to be very nice but it needs a total renovation which I think they may be starting as that’s why there was no place to eat.

Stay somewhere else! Anywhere else! 1- pool closed at 8 pm (they literally kick you out) 2- only one bar outside that closes at 8 pm. 3- after 8 pm if you go on the beach, they make you go all the way around to come back in. 4- you will pay resort tax, sales tax AND gratuity 5- only ONE employee had excellent customer service skills- no one else. 6- rooms are very outdated. (Remodel in process) 7- we used valet for rental car and they lost the keys and stated, “didn’t you check out yesterday” and gave us another customers key. 8- limited food options within hotel. 9- you are paying a ridiculous amount of resort fees, but have to pay an additional amount of money ($100) to sit under a palapa- which they kick you out of by 5 pm. Don’t stay there.
