We did not stay.

I put in two questions to the hotel through the hotels.com app and got zero response from the hotel. Based off other peoples review of this hotel I chose not to stay and did not get a refund. My mistake. I should have researched more about this hotel from multiple sources and not just relied on the hotels.com app. The reviews on the app make the hotel seem ok but the more you read the more you may question whether saving a couple dollars are worth it.

First know one answers the phone after 8 pm which isn't convenient at all. Property looked nothing like the online pics. Included breakfast was not breakfast. Staff needs to speak some English. Hot water was non existent. Charge more and improve.

I'm a budget friendly person, but I expected better from a recognizable hotel name. We arrived after midnight from a long day of flights and the trip getting to the hotel goes through what feels like an industrial area that gave me an uncomfortable feeling. We got through the check in and headed to our room, but the key cards didnt work. The clerk said the batteries were out and manually let us in. The key cards never ended up working, one of us had to stay in the room the whole time. There was hair from either the last occupant or the cleaning staff all over, including the bed. We were given a single pillow each, and the room had a lot of overlooked maintenance items. There were holes around plumbing, the smell was terrible and breakfast was pretty poor. Unless you're traveling on a strict budget, i wouldnt recommend.

Avoid avoid avoid

This is without doubt the worst place I have ever stayed. I had booked a whole week and ended up staying only one night only because I had no other option after arriving late. As soon as we pulled up outside, I knew I had made a great mistake. The "hotel" is located down a dark alleyway, with barely any lighting over the parking lot and cats roaming around everywhere (including inside the lobby). My first room was on the second floor was disgusting and smelt damp. They gave me a second room which was slightly better than the first one. However after waking in the morning, the floor had pools of water from the AC unit, my bed was damp from drips from the ceiling and there was a cockroach in the bathroom. That was the final straw for me. The rooms feel like prison cells, most of the staff unhelpful and frankly this place felt unsafe. My second room on the first floor opened up onto the parking lot, and the door didn't lock - which I did not realize until the morning after. Would not recommend to families or females travelling alone. I have travelled all over the world and have a high tolerance for bad hotels, this was even too much for me to handle. Spend the extra few hundred bucks and avoid this place like your life depends on it.

I dont even know where to start. The room was old and dirty. We had been travelling all day and leaving the next morning so we stayed. We slept in our clothes and not under the covers. After showering the next morning I used the towel to clean up any water, the towel was black. Dirt in corners. Hotel was in landing path of airplanes. Went to cancel our reservation for when we came back from cruise, would not get my money back.Went to book shuttle to cruise port, was told use Uber its cheaper and thats it. Met others staying there and their room was just as bad. Did not return to the hotel and ate the loss.

You get what you pay for. The furniture in the lobby is way past throw away condition. The breakfast was sub-par. Room was mostly clean but lacking some of the towels. Actually is 20 min from airport by uber and 45 min from cruise port. Not convenient for cruising.
