When we got there 3 o’clock check in time room was not ready so they sent us to another room and that one had blood on the sheets so we had to wait for someone to come and change the line. When housekeeping came it appeared. She had an attitude that she had to come and change it. Customer service wasn’t that great when talking with them they’re speaking to other work colleagues in their language so we couldn’t understand what they were saying which is very rude. They have two levels no elevators so if us having to change rooms, we had to do multiple flights of stairs because of the way the hotel is set up One of my roommates have knee issues so that was not fun. They had one restaurant in the hotel the food there was excellent. That was the best experience at this location.

Decent rooms and they do charge you for early check in even if the room is even ready. Room was clean but very small. They gave us room in one corner and that was the housekeeping area and its quite noisy most of the time. Very close to the airport so location wise it’s great.
