Close to airport and they offered a cruise shuttle. They had lots of shuttles available but they would not answer the phone. Tried for 20min plus and then gave up and took a cab from airport to hotel.

Close to the airport, shuttle ride is quick, staff is friendly. Room was very small, but clean. Shuttle to Cruise Port operates out of the lobby so that's convenient.

We stayed at the Ramada before and after our cruise. There is no elevator or bellhop and we had to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. One of the rooms smelled of mold/mildew. Hotel reception staff were mediocre, and barely spoke English. No restaurants in the area except for Old Tom’s bar attached to the hotel. Good food and service there.

Largest room ever near the airport
Large room close to the airport, even near McDonalds. With all the room amenities, including great shower room, 2 sinks, and more. Highly recommended. very large and comfy beds. Only negative is noise from the street and the airport.

The service at the hotel was great. We needed a shuttle to the ship port and it was easy. The room was clean and spacious. It wasn't fancy but it had everything we needed. We stayed here twice during out trip.

The lady at reception was cold, seemed annoyed when I asked for my packages (even told me she has a large group to deal with and that she is the only person on staff???) and I had 4 bags, there was no bell boy and I was on the 2nd floor. The TV did not seem to be a smart TV and the only good thing about the stay was the free shuttle to the airport.

The hotel is located on a very busy main road which has traffic 24/7. My room faced immediately onto that road and the traffic noise throughout the night was very intrusive and constantly disturb my sleep.
