I stayed in room 214 on November 11th the front seat supervisor had a horrible attitude didn’t say much besides asking for my ID, CC and DEPOSIT didn’t greet me nor mentioned anything about our amenities or anything great to know about the hotel when i went in my room there floor had tape all over the entrance i almost fail a couple of times so to the flooring that had a bump I kept calling the front desk for a long time and no one answered nor called me back so i decided to go downstairs and everyone in the front desk area were having a conversation between themselves i waited and to see if anyone can help and they didn’t acknowledge me at all after the 10 minutes i had to called them out and asked them if they can help getting my care ready for me to leave at 4:30 am the next morning and i let Juan know from valet area he called someone in the radio and let a lady know but once i checked out that morning nothing was told to anyone VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PPL NOT THE WAY I WANTED TO BE TREATED AFTER PAYING FULL PRICE OUT OF POCKET

Run down hotel, lacking cleaning, maintenance and bad service. A simple example that gets the culture of the hotel, the luggage cart is chained to a pole, with a padlock. In order to use the cart, you need to leave you passport to the guy that sits in a kind of bell/tour booking desk. NO WAY I'm leaving my passport one second with a stranger... How on earth they thought about doing that to get a luggage cart?

Terrible experience. Don’t stay here. Not worth the hassle and definitely not worth the price at all. There was weak internet at first and then no internet at all, which meant cash only for their overpriced food and water etc. The air conditioner barely worked. The television didn’t work so they offered a certain discount but then changed their story at checkout time. The woman was so rude to me when all I asked for was them to take off the agreed upon amount. There were constant construction noises, and this is the only place I’ve ever stayed that didn’t offer free coffee in the lobby - it costs ~$4 per tiny cup. Half the elevators weren’t working either - at one point there was only one working for the entire hotel including staff. It was literally the worst hotel experience I have ever had and I’ve traveled a lot in budget friendly places. This place was terrible. Never again.

The hotel is very outdated. The room was dirty. The refrigerator want working and the outside of the refrigerator door was dirty with blood stains on it. I contacted the front desk about it and they never cam e to look at the fridge or clean it. There was a glob of hair in the corner of the bathroom floor. Overall a very bad experience.

The property was just ok. Our cleaning lady Clara was excellent. Very attentive to our personal needs. She made sure things in the room was super cleaned and stocked. She made the stay very pleasant. The other staff could use a lesson in customer service. I dont if its the language barrier, but the valet staff was rude and the pool monitors. The hotel has a strict towel rule. You have sogn your towels out. I understand why, but i i felt like a criminal. Overall it was just ok, no major issues.
