Travelled with small children....the room was clean and the hotel was conveniently located to malls etc. They also offered free shuttle within a 3 mile radius which was a plus.

I enjoyed our stay here. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Room itself was spacious and clean. Kitchen was functional. Complimentary breakfast daily was good. Internet did not work on the last 3 nights of our 7night stay which was widely disappointing since we travelled from Canada and would of loved to avoid all the roaming charges so we looked forward to coming back to hotel room and connect with family. We paid for parking, not sure why parking isn't free, there's plenty of it but this property isnt' within walking distance of anything useful (dining or shopping), 25min from South Beach driving. House keeping was a sticking point for us. Although we kept the room fairly clean for the 5 of us, it would have been nice if housekeeping could of come in daily to empty garbages and provide new towels; this was where my greatest disappointment with the hotel was.

Clean big rooms!
Stayed here twice. Once on our way in, once out. Big clean rooms, comfy beds, affordable rates for my big family of 6. Guest laundry was no charge, breakfast basic but adequate. Would definitely stay here again! Entry was small and weird, not a standard turnaround. Parking was a bit tight.

The property was nice and continental breakfast was okay, pleasant. However, the entire lobby smelled terrible after breakfast. Whatever they are cleaning with they need to change it. My entire family felt sick anytime we had to walk through. The pool needs a heater during the winter even though outside isn’t super cold. The cleaners only cleaned our suite once and we were there for 6 days. Not cool.

I have stayed in several Residence Inn around the country and the level of overall service is always top notch. I want to say that Im extremely impressed with the staff at this location. They were very friendly and accomodating. My travel plans changed and I had to make an extra reservation and they helped me to make sure I didnt have to change rooms. From the first time I called when my plans changed until I checked out everything was top notch. The check in process was easy and fast, the incidentals deposit was way cheaper than most hotels. The room was clean and the AC was on when I arrived, which is a must when in South Florida. The checkout process was way easier and they emailed me the receipt. I highly recommend this location.

It is a great choice for travelling with a family especially young children. I really like that it has a little kitchen to store items. The front desk staff were always so knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast options were great! Definitely saved some money going to iHop. Laundry facilities were clean and functional. I would definitely return.
