LOCATION: Just a block away from the beach, 250 Collins by Roami is where you want to be for your time in South Beach. When you're done at the beach explore the many other parks, museums, bars, and restaurants that are all within walking distance.
The Space:
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.
ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

AMENITIES: The property has a common rooftop pool (39'x14'). The beach is also just one block away. Each apartment is equipped with its own in-unit washer and dryer and complimentary detergent.
PARKING: On-site parking is not available at this property, although there are several parking garages within a few blocks.
KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer,1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 10 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TV.

Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door code 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by your day of check-in.
Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property.
Elevator: There is not an elevator at this property. Residences are located on floors 1-3 of the building, and guests may have to climb stairs.
