This property value was not worth the cost. The call center indicated that early check-in was available if a room was available. The front desk, on the other hand, said that early check-in was only available for $50. About 7 clients --not all one party--was invited to wander the facilty until the 3 pm check-in. At check-in, there was not enough staff available. Room service food was dry and tasteless. Some requested items were not available.
