The hotel is old the room door you have to push it so hard to close it and every time you use the bathroom you have to plug the toilet the bath tub needs a deep cleaning are painted need new beds

I had a lovely time staying here, the staff was incredible! The bar staff were very friendly! Breakfast 6-11 was amazing, Gym was incredible. Beach access and pool access was great! On top of everything it was very secure which i appreciated! Thank you for everything!

Ouy stay was great .rhey offer continentail breakfast. Which was a plus.my ro had a lick in the bathroom ,we called the front desk and we were transferred to another room .the laundry ro did bot smell pleasant ,the washing machine and drier but oie stau wash great

The worst hotel I have ever been too!!! I had to cancel my stay after one day and I was never refunded. After finding hair in my towel, in addition to the carpet smelling as if it hasn’t been properly cleaned in ages. I sent an email to enquire about my refund but I kept getting a run around. Even at the front desk when I was explaining to the reception about my room, it seemed to have other customer also upset. The AC for the reception/lobby wasn’t working also.

Have you ever wondered what being catfished felt like? Well, great news! Stay here and you’ll get the full experience. The hallways alone will make you feel like you need a shower. The smell.. terrible. It’s like the owners don’t care. It’s sad really. Could have so much potential. The house keeping is a joke. Wait until you see what they carry around to clean the rooms lol.

The location of the hotel is great for hitting the trolley to go to South Beach or walking Collins Ave for shopping and dining. The hotel itself is quite outdated but it appeared like they are looking at a refresh. It’s needed! But first, they need to fix the bathroom fans and ensure those work. We had an ocean view with balcony and were told we caused a major condensation issue (which was dripping like crazy while we were out of the room for 4.5-5hrs) in the bathroom because we opened that door on occasion. The pool was large and never looked crowded because of its size. The beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach are only out for use from 9ISH to 5p. We had to wait until at least 9:30 to go to the beach to ensure chairs and an umbrella were ready. The breakfast was all carbs with no proteins or gluten free options so I unable to eat breakfast any of our 5 days there so I can’t speak to the freshness of any of the items. The gym is a whole floor that also appears to be open to the public. There was a spa but the prices were out of my budget. It wasn’t a bad stay, I was just disappointed in a few things. If you want an affordable place to stay that is centrally located - I’d recommend it.
