It was fine, a little run down. The ceiling in the hallway was leaking and we only stayed one day because our hotel room wouldn’t lock and after asking for it to be fixed or to be moved 3-4 times, nothing was done so we didn’t feel safe leaving the room. Pool table was cool. Wish I could get a refund on the days we didn’t stay.

We booked the room for a vacation visit to Miami. All in all, the hotel was just OK. The room and the bathroom were nice and clean. The breakfast was included, but the selection was pretty limited. Eggs/omelette had to be payed separately but it was very tasty. There was an issue with our room keycards almost every day, but it was a quick fix at the front desk. Considering that we got the discounted price when we booked, we cannot complain.

Besides tue vomit on the floor in the main room when we decided to walk our dog. It was pretty clean. Evacuated to Miami. No parking, but they let us park at the hotel across the st for $40/day. We stayed in very clean king sized bedrooms with a great views of the pool and ocean from our room. Food within walking distance. Amenities were ok. Breakfast was alot of toast,bagle, oatmeal...carbs galore. Wish there would have been.pancakes or waffles and maybe eggs at least. Had bananas and apples...breakfast definitely left you wanting.. but a beautiful lobby with a small bar. Games, pool, chess, Foosball..ping pong.. The gym was amazing,.. anything you could hope for. Even an onsite barber..oh, and restaurant on site...but seemed very pricey I asume

Was laying on the beach in the day I was leaving it was 9:03am when the beach chair guy arrived he saw me laying on the sand I walked over to get a chair because clearly he wasnt bringing one to me not to mention I paid extra for the service he the chair guy I asked for a chair he said he’ll bring it my way when he reaches tht area I’m the only one on the beach why do I have to wait fir a chair we had some words then he said you want the chair here threw the chair and expected for me to pick it up Thts when I went to get a different chair and more words where exchange While I was in the speaker phone with Melanie from the hotel and she said tht they come at 9:30 am not 8 am he started to laugh very loud and thought it was very funny . Now tht my vacation was ruin by this young VETERAN man WHI SERVED 7 yrs in Iraq he felt he had to share thus with me it’s nice to know tht our ex military personnel acts this way when out of uniform hate to see how he acts in uniform inly if Thts true.also the manger came Spanish grey haired he said I was getting a full refund now I had 2 rooms My niece came on Saturday asked the Spanish gentleman for a chair and he totally ignored her I also brought this to Melanie attention. I also had to wait 4 hours for towels not to mention tht when I checked in I find out both rooms I reserved where NOT SIDE BY SIDE. Also I paid extra for a view the view they gave me was a roof top.Also cleaning lady came to clean room with no cleaning supplies

We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed it a lot. Everything was good except the parking. They do not have parking of their own. You have to park at nearby parking which costed us $110 for 2 nights.

We had to evacuate SWFL during Hurricane Milton. I was fortunate enough to find this dog-friendly hotel. It is a beautiful hotel, with clean well-kept rooms, nice beach access, and pool. It did not have parking and the walkable public lot was always full. I did spend a lot of time driving around looking for parking. I was a bit surprised that there was a $150/pet fee - that was not advertised in the dog-friendly description, especially since Gov DeSantis made it mandatory for hotels to allow pets for evacuees, and grass was too far away for a pet-friendly resort.

We were there during an emergency evacuation and it was chaos with so many people and all of their animals. I have to say, the staff and the cleaning people were absolutely amazing. They definitely deserve some kind of bonus for those few days. Absolutely amazing people

I only have three good things to say about this property. The breakfast was decent w made to order omelettes The bartender Andreas is awesome and it was a beautiful large pool w a nice view. The front desk staff were totally rude and unwelcoming. The smell in the hallway from the cleaning supplies almost choked us out. As for parking u might as well forget about it. They give you a picture of a map with an address then you drive to it and it’s nonexistent. So u take a chance at parking anywhere and pray u don’t get towed. Would not recommend or stay here again.

There’s no parking anywhere near. I paid a guy 40.00 to let me park at his business. Old old hotel. Smelly. No AC in the lobby. Majority act if they’ve just been hired an hour ago. Broken English when it’s advantageous. No leadership. Not the best location, seedy. I wouldn’t go out at night
