It is a property that needs to be renovated, thus is a very old building. The price was ok and worthy just because of its location steps near the beach.

Look somewhere else
The hotel is old and tired, don’t get me wrong, it’s in a great location, but that’s where it ends, no parking although that was one of the filters I explicitly asked for, front desk lied and said they had just closed it ( but the fence closing the parking area looks like it’s been there years). Front did smile or say welcome or kiss my ass, served me with a hoodie on, breakfast is like the one in a travel lodge ( although I think travel lodge is better), did not receive room service the last day I was there, air conditioning leaking on the floor from the ceiling, this place will never get a star rating, because it’s not star material, and I had the deluxe suite with balcony ocean view, not worth it for the money.

Large lobby which it has a lots of rest seats, large room breakfast room, easy access beach,staffs are friendly. I dont like the key doest work to use elevator, need to see front desk folk to fix the problem. Over all, we liked this hotel.

The only thing this place has going for it is the view (if you choose an oceanfront room). It is EXTREMELY outdated and dirty. The walls are paper thin. You can hear entire conversations from the room next door. The ceiling was leaking in 2 different spots… so much so that we had to use all the provided towels to lay on the ground. Half of the loungers on the beach were broken so they ran out. Lastly, when trying to sleep… the gaps surrounding the door were so large that the hall light illuminated the room. I have a photo of this I wish I could share here.

Upon arrival I was hit with an unexpected deposit fee of 150$ although it did not say that anywhere in my reservation, the room was hot as hell, pool closes at 8 super early, the pool was all moldy around floor and walls, at around 8:30 security knocked on my door to tell me put down the music because people complained when it was not even loud. And overall just not a cozy stay

For the age of this hotel, it is quite clean and well maintained. Breakfast options were limited to mostly breads and cereals. The biggest concern was an elevator was often out of order with no appropriate signage. My friend got stuck on this elevator once for a short period.

I love the access to the beach. You simply walk out the door Bay the pool and exit the pool area and your on the beach. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are provided with your stay. I wish my room had a balcony, and the breakfast could have been better. Belinda was very nice and the young man with the neat dress was great as well. There was an employee that worked the desk that did not speak any English but despite my lack of Spanish we were able to work everything out. Pizza Hut across the street Walgreens on the corner, this is my new spot bi was born and raised in Miami and this was a first for me. The hotel needs some updating and the elevators are slow. My one last comment is they should invest in glade plug in for the halls of the rooms once exiting the elevators. Pool tables, pin pong table and piano for the guests use is available in the lobby. Great choice for me and my family. This will forever be my new spot when visiting home

Hotel is old and outdated but the most important areas (the beds in the room, the bathroom, and the giant pool) were all very well maintained. Front desk staff was helpful, however if u get there early, there was no secure place to put your luggage.
