This is my second stay here because i booked this hotel for convenience to the airport for my cruise. Both times the rooms were very musty. It was hard to breathe because of that. Also both times someone knocked on our door early in the morning and woke us up. The first time it was staff asking when were checking out, and it wasn't even near checkout time. The second time staff were arguing in the hall and we had to stand there and wait so we could pass. The breakfast is ok but ends at 9. That's pretty early.

I prepaid this hotel using Expedia. I had to pay a deposit at check-in. I stayed 1 night and expected this charge to cancel on my credit card but it did not... they processed it! I called and was told I received a credit next day but 9 days later there is still no credit to my account! A reputable hotel would not have processed this! I was subsequently told by front desk it is standard policy for this hotel to do this!

I liked that breakfast was provided, but I thought that the breakfast area was too small. The waffle machine is a good idea, but maybe they could be prepared in advance and kept warm. The wait time is too long when there are several people waiting to use the 2 machines to prepare waffles. The airport shuttle service is convenient and the driver is very professional. The check in staff was also very helpful and professional. The room was comfortable and having a refrigerator and microwave were appreciated. I would stay again.

Although renovations are in progress, this place was great to stay at. Staff was great, had left my luggage for a while until check-in was available while I went shopping. Breakfast was ok but not many options, but still good. Check-out was noon which was good and the shuttle service they have to and from the airport was awesome! Right by the golf course and the neighborhood was nice. They also were decorating for Christmas and looked lovely

The hotel Sleep Inn Miami promised free shuttle, which hotel informed departs from the airport at Level 1. I waited for more than an hour but no shuttle came. While waiting, I called three times to the phone number the hotel provides but no answer at all. Hence, I took a taxi to the hotel. When I arrived, I shared the issue with a young lady. She in a very rude manner told me that that was not her problem. She told me that the shuttles depart from Level 2. Let me please suggest three things: 1) To provide clear and verified information to customers; 2) To provide proper training to hotel staff so ensuring that educated treatment is provided to guests; and 3) To make sure that someone will eventually answer the phone.
