The sonder was aweome i had an issue with checking in and they were able to give me a late checkout for free. Sonder is close to southbeach and so many places to eat and drink. Would def use this location again

Sonder was an okay/average stay. The staff tends to be very short tempered, and the facility is okay on a cleanliness scale. You would stay here simply for the value and how close it is to the beach. You are a few streets over from Ocean Dr and there are so many little bodega groceries, bakeries, and restaurants very close by that you can walk just about anywhere. We got coffee and pastries every morning at a bakery across from the hotel and walked to the beach. The property runs by their own app, which by all accounts is very convenient. You can use the app as a mobile key to open your room, but ours did not work and the front desk did not have a solution, so we had to manually type in the code into the lock each time to enter the hallway and the room - not a big deal but defeated the purpose. The walls tend to be a bit thin so you can hear everyone around you. You're next to a police station so often lots of sirens and noise which is to be expected for the area. I would like to emphasize we did not have a bad stay, just highlighting some parts for the next person to be mindful of. If you're looking for a short stay with high value for proximity to the beach, Sonder is a good deal. But if you're a person who values amenities, cleanliness, or quiet - you might try something a little higher priced for the overall experience.

Perfect location and a great price.
Would recommend. Perfect location. Pool area and outside seating very nice. Room and bathroom very modern. However not enough storage space for our clothes. No drawers at all. Outside area was under maintenance and noisy at times.

The staff was amazing, the location was perfect and made it easy to walk pretty much anywhere near the beach, the cleanliness of the shared areas such as the rooftop and the hallways wasn’t taken care of. For the room they were spacious, clean, & the decor was nice but the set-up was not like the pictures, the sink was outside the bathroom which was not really convenient and the tv was in a position where it was impossible to actually use it as it was facing a wall and window with no chair or sofa and the bed was in the opposite direction which made it impossible to watch it from there either. Overall great stay but should take care of the cleanliness of the main areas and update the pictures of the room so we know what to expect. Would go back!

Elevator has been out of service at this property for over 2 months. Was not notified of this until after the cancellation date had passed. We were facilitated with room on the 1st floor. However it was first one inside access door to rooms. Therefore could hear the door slamming all night long. Aswel as very little sound proofing from floor above which you could clearly hear people walking around . I will end on a positive note. Room was spotlessly clean. Beds very comfortable. Tv and air con aswel as fridge and coffee machine all in working order. Nice toiletries. We paid for late check out as we had an evening flight , and the very kind lady at check out offered to refund the late check out fee as a goodwill gesture for the noise disturbance due to room being beside entrance door. I would stay again just not in that exact room.

Super easy check in and check out process. Comfy and accommodating room for our small group. Central to a lot of shopping and food options, with a nice market across the street for most of your needs. Can’t feel anymore safe than being across the street from the police station either. Would stay again.
