Room was fine. Hallway carpets were stained. Elevator was out of service. We asked for early check-in explaining that I had just finished chemo. The person at the desk made no special effort, ie did not offer to have housekeeping clean a room of our type right away, just said we will call you when your room has been cleaned. Then no one ever called. We finally went back to the desk after almost 2 hours and the room was ready but no one had called us. Not great customer service.

It was a disappointing stay 1st problem no onsite parking or Valet service. Had to park 3 blocks away. The room was not very clean and outdated.

The room only included 2 breakfast while we were 4 in the booking. They said only 2 were added via agency. We had to pay extra for the breakfast for kids. Rooms didn't have microwave - no cups but had a coffee machine, no phone to call reception
