Staff and location were great. The room was clean but the hallway carpets were not cleaned regularly. Overall, I would stay here again for the price and the location. If your’re looking for fancy amenities etc…like having drinks served to you poolside…stay at a higher end place. If you want a quiet place with a 3 minute walk to Ocean Ave and the beach, I would recommend it. Also, many, many great restaurants in the area.

The hotel is in a great location with the beach, restaurants and bars all in easy access. The photos used to advertise hotel are very old. The condition of the buildings are poor and whilst repairs are being made to some communal areas it will probably be summer 2026 before it looks anything like photos. Our room was in the Belle Aire block and it smelt as if it had been a smoker room and never aired properly. In fact it was impossible to open the windows. The bathroom vanity was broken, although repaired during our stay and you don’t get housekeeping daily so we needed to request new towels and essentials from reception. The pool area is small but functional and pool towels provided, again it’s all a bit tired and old. The rooftop area was in such poor condition that this should just be closed off to the public until they repair it.

Do not stay here, elevator not working, outdated. NO parking, when asked about ‘valet parking’ clearly listed on the site and the reason we got this hotel. Checking in desk clerk just shrugged had no idea where the valet parking was. Found a parking spot 2 blocks away and car was towed because there is no overnight parking. $487 later in towing fees, cash only btw,, 4 hours of wasted money and time. Our donation to the city of Miami and its fine businesses is complete for the year. Do not stay here

The room was very nice and clean. The bathroom was a little small, and there was no phone in the room in case I wanted to call the front desk. The elevator was broken too. They have a nice bar area in the lobby but the hours aren't great. Nice hotel overall but parking sucks. I should've spent the extra money on a hotel where parking is included. Probably won't stay here again.

Staff was wonderful The room was all right. It could be updated and they could use some USB ports.our big complaint was the nasty sofa in the room. It needs to be steamed cleaned their looks like those bodily fluids all over it.
