Hotel has no heat during a cold snap, had to ask for space heaters in a place that charges “resort fee” 3 elevators, 1 was out of order the other wouldn’t stop on certain floors.

The Sonesta was a great hotel ! It was gated which made the property super safe. Our room was cleaned to perfection. Staff was super sweet overall but there was one particular manager that had a horrible attitude no matter what day/time it was. Food was great and managing getting to and from our room was east despite one of the elevators being broken. I loved that there was a shuttle for the airport which allowed me to keep a couple of dollars in my pocket in uber fees. Overall 9/10 and would stay here again.

Appreciated the 4am shuttle but one of the elevators was down and the air condition in the main areas leading to the room was extremely cold. Bathroom and room were clean. Hotel was basic and provided close accommodation to rhe airport. Some shopping was also in close proximity (Marshalls, DSW, Burlington, Five Below, Ross Dress For Less

Terrible check in experience
There was only one person checking in plus they had to answer incoming calls. Checkin took a far too long 25 min because of the lineup. Understood a staff went home sick but that is when management needs to role up their sleeve. Later that night when I got back to the hotel, the line was 50 people + deep witth only 2 people on staff due to a cancelled flight. This will be my last stay at this hotel.

Good clean hotel at a great location and great price!! Shower head was no good and every time you turn on the water was making a loud and annoying sound!! Coffee maker was also trash! It brews more water than coffee! Other than that was a good stay!!
