The property was under construction. The pull out bed was not comfortable and we had to ask for the bedding for it, lights out in our room, ice maker didn't work. Walking the hallways smelled of weed everywhere. You can hear planes and trains all hours of the day.

There is no where to eat around here you must door dash everything! No stores or even gas stations! The pool never gets sun and airplanes fly over every 2 minutes and are roaring! Beds are hard as rocks!! It’s clean enough just boring!

I found a bedbug! Worker on shift tried to be as helpful as she could with the lack of response and urgency from the manager. The manager failed to acknowledge my presence or issue an apology. It seems the worker conducted the manger role better than the manager. I was given another room and are supposed to get a form of refund.

Pros: The staff are friendly and helpful. Fairly good breakfast. Big fridge. Facial tissue and paper towels are provided in the room. Cons: No table in the room, so you eat at the desk. For seating, they provide one chair, 2 ottomans, and a very old sofa. No dish rack in the kitchen. 2 elevators that are not coordinated, so many guests press both buttons, which slows down the elevator service. No nearby supermarket. The carpet in the room is threadbare in places. Some airplane noise is audible inside the hotel, but it's tolerable, especially if you go out during the day.

Excellent stay by airport.

Hotel is modern and clean. Room was very clea and confortable. Social hour and breakfast were excellent. Staff was uniformly warm and welcoming, especially front desk staff. Location is a five-minute walk to airport train center where you can take trains or buses to Downtown or Miami Beach for $2.25 each way - no need for expensive Ubers. Only restaurant option nearby is Cuban place by the airport which was very good; otherwise Door dash, GrubHub etc. Would definitely stay here again.
