The THesis Hotel is wonderful property right by Univesity of Miami. The restaurants on the property are great and the roof top lounge is incredible. The staff was really nice and helped us with whatever we needed. My one complaint is that the hotel does not actually have a spa but rather it partners with a local company that is in a retail location on the hotel's property. The pool is a little small but this not the place to go if you are looking for a swim. If you are looking for a quick get away from it all and want somewhere with night life then this is the hotel for you.

Stayed at thesis post op in miami , staff was more than accommodating. A little noisy at night bc college kids but tolerable, staff is good at quieting them down. Location is perfect in the heart of the gables. Hydrology wellness was phenomenal.

The property is nice but we were put in a accessible room on second floor and just heard the weight room and people throwing weights… they switched are room next morning to 4th floor which room was better but UM students live there as well and we were near there rooms and they were loud throughout the night into the early am hours…other then that the place was great and walking distance to UM and that was great
