Not what we were expecting for what was described. Towels were very hard and crunchy feeling. You would think for a 4 star hotel you would get better toilet paper besides thin rough paper. Bedroom area extremely small. If you’re sleeping on the window side, you better be smaller. Bigger people will not fit for getting on the bed unless you crawl from the end to the top of the bed. You have like 10 inches to get around it. We asked for towels and bedding for the pull out couch and after 3 hours had to call again. Never received bedding for couch. When you pull out the bed, be sure to check it. Ours was dirty. Paying for an upgrade was a joke. Not sure why if you have a room available you can’t allow an early check in without paying $100.. not a lot of food variety at restaurant. It appeared to make the hotel look high class in lobby area but not the rooms. Hotel not really kid friendly- they have a vibrator for sale in the front of their in room, room service for sale basket. Alcohol on the counter and in fridge. A can of coke is $6.00, a bag of popcorn $8. Extremely high prices for what is being offered. Overall definitely not what was expected… pretty disappointing

Really enjoyed this hotel, will be out go-to when in Miami, especially if keaving in a cruise. Location is great, view overlooking the water was amazing. Best of all the check in staff was so helpful and friendly. We had a lot of fun with them. Great value as well

I cancelled my reservation two days before, I made my reservation at the hotel in person, when I called two days before, they told me that they would refund my money, and they never refunded me anything, I called them and they never gave me a response, they transferred my calls to another line, and then they hung up on my calls, I would never recommend this hotel, the service as customer service is horrible and that is even though I spoke with one of the managers, I have the recording with the manager who told me that there would be no charges and I cannot upload it for everyone to hear. I will call customer service bureau to file a complaint against the hotel. This happened today 09/12/2024
