Josh is the bomb. I have never met a more friendly and helpful front desk concierge at any hotel. The rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

I did not like that the bathroom smelled like sewage in our room and our bedroom is close to where the dumpster are and the service area because the garbage get taken around 8am and it wakes us up all the time and the banging of the door by the staff But other than that itā€™s good over all. The room was clean. Service is good. Iā€™d book it again but in another floor or room.

Everything was great! Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was okay. Could have been better. The AC had water dripping and my shower water could have been more hot, but would I return and stay there yes I would. Everything canā€™t be perfect:

The overall view of the property location were nice, however, the room and floors left a little to be desired. The rooms were small and cramped. There was some either mold or discoloring around the windows. The side tables were only big enough to put the remote for the TV on. The entire bathroom was done in black. The floors, toilet, sink everything. You could not tell if it had been cleaned or not. There was only 1 light in the middle of the bathroom for you to be able to take a shower with, it seemed to be like a very low wattage which made it hard to see in the there, and you had a 3 light above the mirror, again, low wattage and one of the lights were out which made it even worse. The age of the building showed with the elevator, which was very old school, only held 2 people and had a pull door you manually used to gain access to the elevator. The staff that we had interaction with were great, the overall was not as I was expecting. Average to Poor rating.
