Good location...no oceanview was a bummer..but thats true for most properties...resort fees not worth it...mandadory fees...bartender took back our welcome drinks cause $3 dollars was not enough of a tip..Really!!!!

Great stay, amazing location, staff was very kind, let us check in early and that made a huge difference for our overall experience-they are super accommodating. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was breakfast at nearby restaurant-they don’t serve breakfast at hotel so you get voucher for Mexican restaurant-food was not nice, selection or quality. One day they served us coffee which was the worst coffee I ever had. I understand hotel is separate from restaurant so I’m giving my 5 star to hotel.

Baller on a budget!
This was a PERFECT LOCATION on south beach! It had everything we needed: free breakfast vouchers next door (pretty good!), two free cocktails next door, rooftop pool at neighbor hotel, and spacious room with AC. It is right next to bikes to rent, liquor store, Starbucks, across from the beach, and surrounded by hopping bars and restaurants. It was a good choice for the price! Average basic hotel but with many perks.

Thé hôtel itself was amazing. We had the corner room…amazing ocean view…the location relative to everything around it was out of this world. The only complaint we have was that our TV did not work at all. We arrived on Friday morning. Told them of the issue right away. A repair man came up to fix it, couldn’t find the issue. then he left with our remote control. The next morning we followed up and no one knew what we weee talking about. Sent another handyman up and he also couldn’t fix it. On the Sunday we talked to the front desk and they sent a third man up and it didn’t get fixed. My boyfriend went down and talked to the manager and they finally moved us into a smaller room at the back of the hotel at about 5pm on Sunday. Although the manager on duty did his best, we were leaving 12 hours later to catch our flights back home. There was no communication between shifts as every time we went down for a follow up, the new person on duty had no idea that anything was wrong. That being said, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and the manager gave us some free drink vouchers for the bar across the street. Other than the TV issue, the hotel was perfect.

Nothing to rave about
The breakfast that they make you pay for was revolting. Went two times to the restaurant next-door that they make you pay for fees for breakfast and you cannot refuse their nightly fees, but one breakfast everything was cold that was supposed to be hot like the eggs and the next day one of our plates look like it was from the day before and the eggs reeked, and the potatoes were so shriveled it was not edible. The eggs that I ordered were supposed to be scrambled, but they were completely uncooked and runny so both plates were ruined. The hotel would be great if you didn’t have to pay $30 a night for the supposed breakfast they do give you two free drinks, but since we don’t drink alcohol we never use them. If that nightly fee was not mandatory, I would recommend this place.

Hôtel bien situé et bon accueil avec explications. Cependant, beaucoup trop de détails déplaisants. Rideaux stores occultant complètement cassés, le lit large mais 1.80m de long !!!! Heureusement, douche super…. Petit déjeuner ( compris dans le prix) absolument affreux, sans goût et froid. Service le plus long que nous avons connu. Une boisson d’accueil offert sans goût et imbuvable. ( Gin Tonic notre choix…) Dommage, nous pensions y retourner 3 nuits pour la fin de notre séjour !!!!
