Great boutique hotel with lots of privacy and class. The staff was amazing and accommodating. The pool and pool bar were were peaceful but yet fun. We had a room with a large balcony and it was very tranquil. The hotel lobby bar and sushi restaurant were also a plus!

We had an amazing experience and it was my favorite hotel I have stayed at in South Beach! Facilities were in great condition, smelled good everywhere especially in lobby’s. Rooms were spacious and kept clean and well stocked the whole day. ALL of the staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and always going above and beyond.

Set in a great location, 5min walk to the beach where you have your own area but umbrella hire is $22. 15min walk to ocean Drive. The Sushi restaurant within the hotel is excellent. Rooms are spacious and clean, hotel offers a valet service at a daily cost of $45. Despite our bed being made everyday, the sheets were never changed, we stayed for 9 days. The bed was uncomfortable and had a roll together, pillows were soft and uncomfortable. Toiletries were excellent and replaced when required but water and coffee pods were not replaced. The pool area is small but catches the sun nicely, not many beds so you have to be early to get one. Regardless if you use it or not, you will still get charged tourist tax. The hotel charged tourist tax etc which is about $50 a day on top of your room rate. Like everywhere here, gratuity and service charges are expected and getting ridiculous.

It was our first time in South Beach and We booked a few nights at this hotel due to the pool for our kids and the fairly close proximity to the ocean. We found out after booking and check-in that the pool was closed/drained due to a potential hurricane approaching the other coast. However, all of the other hotels that had pools that we walked by had them open and they were being used by their guests all week (even the ones directly on the beach). We asked the front desk if we could at least have our daily resort fee refunded since the pool was closed. The manager said they would refund one day only and we could just check out and go to another hotel with an open pool (they charged the $50 daily resort fee for other days still). Moving at that point really wasn’t really feasible as our family of 5 was totally un-packed and our cars were already parked in the public garage that their valet service uses for $45 per day per car (there is no onsite parking, but you can park in the public garage around the corner too for around $20 per day instead of using the valet). I don’t think we could have received our refunds and found another room at that point either.. The restaurant and bar staff were great. The food and drinks were very good. The Hotel and restaurant was clean and nice, but we wouldn’t stay there again. We thought there were a many better hotel options closer to or on the water.
