The room was clean. We were close to the elevator so I was worried about noise but it was pretty quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby as wrll.

Wanted to use the hot tub and when I booked it months ago it was out of order and when we checked in it was still out of order, I don’t think they care to fix it or even clean the pool ,, I had a spa service and had to stay in the old half made me feel less of a guest , thank you blue chip no I’m not a high roller but I do gamble. And spent a lot of money in your hotel

Great property, but we stayed in the blue chip tower and the edges of the carpet hallway could REALLY use a broom or vacuum hose. The room had cobwebs all around the ceiling. It seems like they kind of forgot about any deep cleaning in that wing. We stayed last year in a different tower and it was completely different. Overall, The room was nice, the staff was super friendly, and over all the room was clean, but disappointed in such a nice place kinda neglecting certain areas. BUT. we will come back.

4-star stay!
Overall we had a great stay. Our hotel room had an issue with hot water in the shower and the solution from maintenance was to just let it run until it got hot (~7-8 minutes). The nice part was that from the time the complaint was made until maintenance was at my room for was less than 10 minutes. Very impressed with that. Check-in was also delayed from the standard 4:00 p.m. time so we had to wait around in the lobby with our luggage until the room was ready. The room in the spa blue tower was clean, spacious, and had a good view. There are complaints from some who say the walk is too long but it's maybe 3-4 minutes from the car to the check in desk.

I like the property. I have stayed at blue chip previously but this time I bought other family members and it was a good stay. The pool was nice and warm but hot tub was closed. William B steakhouse was a hit! We will be back to stay in the near future!
