Terrible management, gross room

Horrible manager, customer service, disgusting smelling rooms, doesn't deserve the Wyndham name. I would give 0 stars if able to. The bathroom in my room smelt horrible moldy/musty smell and the fridge didn't work. I requested a different room to find they had no other rooms so I had no choice then to stay at a different hotel. The manager refused to give me a refund since my booking was prepaid. Absolutely appalled with how I was treated. Thanks for stealing my money Baymont Odessa TX.
