Check in area was clean and easy to find, easy parking near entrances. However, our room was very outdated. The shower had mould, carpet floors were so dirty our socks were black, stained bed linens.

Excellent stay. Had booked a double queen room because wasn't willing to pay extra $40+ for King room, but staff on-site upgraded me to King size room anyways. Awesome service.

The hotel has a great pool. The breakfast is surprisingly good with many different options and will differ day to day. My only problem was the room were given smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I do not blame the hotel for this as some asshat decided to smoke in the room as I found empty cigarette package in a drawer. The hotel did offer us another room but it would have been far from our friends and the hotel was super busy that weekend.

Boom for your buck
Very well priced and the full hot breakfast was as good as I've ever had at a hotel (except for 1 in McLean Vi that had an omelette station). I don 't go to Midland often, but if I do in the future, I know where I will be staying.

Excellent value property. Clean rooms, friendly service, great breakfast, nice indoor pool, and close walking distance to 3 good dinner restaurants. Excellent value for the money. Not a 5 star, but a very good 4.
