Magnificent apartment with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, with air conditioning in the bedrooms and free Wi-Fi.

It consists of two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Living room, separate kitchen, large laundry room, and terrace with views of the highway.

The complex has exceptional gardens, with a paddle tennis court, tennis court, all in a private and closed area on the second line of the beach.

A few meters away there are all kinds of services, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, etc.

The beach on which it is located has fine sand and crystal clear waters.

Neither Cubo's Holiday Homes nor the owner can be held responsible for possible restrictions in the water supply and how they could affect the traveler's stay, as long as these were decreed by the competent authorities, and were mandatory.

Great though a little noisy
Positives: On the beach, great pool, clean apartment, comfortable beds, convenient for bars, restaurants and a nearby supermarket. Negative: bedrooms overlook a busy motorway so rather noisy through the night - certainly not possible to have the windows open, though to be fair there are air con units in both bedrooms so that shouldn't be necessary. The electric gate entry/exit to the car park is temperamental and we found ourselves unable to get in or out on a few occasions. Other residents told us this was often happening - a little stressful when unable to get out to catch our flight home.

Séjour Calahonda
Cristina, notre réceptionniste, a été à l’écoute et réactive. L’appartement correspond à la description. Bien équipé avec un accès direct à la mer. Proche des 4 voies mais les vitrages sont doublés et le bruit est atténué. Nous avons séjourné en saison basse et toutes les places de parking étaient occupées. En été, cela doit être difficile d’obtenir une place.

Es gibt deutlich bessere Unterkünfte
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Schnellstraße und es ist sehr laut. Der Check in war etwas unschön. Ständig neue Ankunftszeiten und laufend wurde etwas geändert. Viele Leute kommunizieren ständig mit einem. Das Apartment war zwar groß, aber gerade in der Nschbarschaft gibt es deutlich schönere Unterkünfte. Ich reise sehr oft nach Marbella und kenne mich daher gut aus.
