We didn't have any coffee machine or a kettle in the room. However in the morning on the way out, we saw that all the rooms getting cleaned had an expresso machine. When we asked the reason at the front desk, they told us that our room was a standard room, and such rooms don't have luxury equipment. So suddenly a kettle is a luxury :) I am an Expedia Platinum client for the past 15 years, first time I heard such a thing. Also the weather was like 13C outside, but the heater wasn't operational. We were informed that this time of the year we can not set the DC to warm.

During my stay, I forgot to take my mobile phone from the lobby. When I realized, I called to the B&B hotel to ask them check. Fortunately, they found my mobile and kept it very safely until I come back to the hotel. I highly appreciate their service and touched with it personally.

Lovely little hotel with easy access to transit as well as relatively short walks to Navigli, Duomo and more. Staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Room was clean and, crucially, the AC worked great.

Great Milan hotel

The hotel is a block away from the metro/underground station and has another larger train station nearby. It is also next to the DaVinci Museum of Sciences which was way larger and more impressive than we were expecting. The museum is definitely worth an afternoon! The room is clean and modern.

I highly recommend the B and B Sant' Ambrogio: Staff is so helpful. Very clean and quiet hotel with great air conditioning. Cabs were on time. Within walking distance to sights like Duomo and The Last Supper. Comfortable and stylish rooms with minimal decor but still cozy. Wonderful beds and great shower. A delightful stay!

Our air conditioning didn’t work. The lovely woman at the desk restarted the system for our room which helped for a little while and then stopped working at the time we tried tp go to sleep. We had a very early morning the next day following a long night of little sleep. We actually left our room door open for a bit to get cooler air. It’s a shame because I had been looking forward to this stay for several months.
