The area seemed isolated, NOT walking distance from either Terminal, despite the Internet description. There WAS a wonderful restaurant in town, which is walking distance. But, the entire area around the hotel could use some care, including grass cutting and cleaning up decrepit , decaying buildings.

The hotel was newly renovated and very nice. We appreciated the restaurant menu items that were NOT Italian. The room was very comfortable! Don’t take the free shuttle. You have to walk about 12 minutes and there is no sidewalk.

The room had a "cigarette" smell. The shuttle was 16Euros, which I did not realize when I booked it! It is close to the airport.

Milan Malpensa stay
Hotel is at great position, 5 minutes drive from both Milan Malpensa terminals. It has spacious rooms and a good restaurant. Rooms need a bit of refurbishment.

It’s a nice hotel & good value. The room is great, has a fridge, desk, coffee machine, safe, a comfortable bed etc. the only issue is location. The free shuttle is an 8min walk down on a road without proper sidewalk.It costs 15 euro to arrange the hotel’s private shuttle to the airport. There is not much around the hotel, no stores etc.

The 24 hour airport shuttle was a really great asset to me. It’s especially helpful since you can shuttle there to catch a train into Milan. The dining room and bar being open late was also a bonus. The dining was good. The front desk staff were always helpful to me. For the price I paid, I am very happy with the stay.

This is a beautiful property in a great location. Staff were very accommodating. Shuttle to the pool was not available and the daybeds are extra cost which I wasn’t expecting but the staff at the beach club were great. Thank you simone
