Very clean but extremely dark rooms and corridors. No drawers , only half a dozen coat hangers for an open clothes stand. Staff vey helpful and friendly. Extremely close to station that’s why we booked it.

When I checked in, I was forced to travel thousands of meters away from another hotel, calling it overbooking. It's really embarrassing and unpleasant. I booked this hotel 6 months ago, so why should I get overbooked? The new hotel was very far from the station, and my room was not in good condition. I had booked the HD8 hotel in front of the train station and paid for it. However, I feel it is appropriate to get a refund in part because I was offered a completely different product. The location, price and condition of both hotels are all different. However, the manager only repeatedly responded that he could only cover the round-trip taxi fare. The time was 10 p.m. and I had no choice because I couldn't walk around the streets at night with my carrier. I had no choice but to follow the violent and rude check-in process, but I think it is unfair. It is the worst operating policy. 체크인할 때 오버부킹이라며 수천미터 떨어진 다른 호텔을 이동할 것을 강요받았습니다. 정말 황당하고 불쾌합니다. 저는 이 호텔을 6개월전에 예약했는데 왜 오버부킹을 당해야 하나요? 새로 이동한 호텔은 역에서 아주 멀리 떨어져있었고 방 컨디션도 좋지 않았어요. 나는 기차역 앞에 있는 HD8 호텔을 예약한 것이고 그에 대한 비용을 지불한 것입니다. 그러나 완전히 다른 상품을 제공받았기 때문에 부분적으로라도 환불을 받는게 맞다고 생각해요. 두 호텔은 위치, 가격, 컨디션 모두 다르니까요. 그러나 매니저는 오로지 왕복 택시비만 지원해줄수 있다는 답변만 반복적으로 했습니다. 당시 시간은 밤 10시였고 캐리어를 들고 밤거리를 헤맬수 없기에 저에겐 대안이 없었습니다. 폭력적이고 무례한 체크인 과정에 어쩔수 없이 따랐지만 정말 부당하다고 생각합니다. 최악의 운영방침입니다.

Not 4 Star. Not for Couples!
This hotel would be great for individuals looking for a well located place to sleep for the night. For anything else, the rooms are just too small! There is no separate bathroom. It’s one room, with the shower as part of the room. (The toilet has a door, but that’s it). Even the sink is just in the main room. Also not sure how this is considered a 4 star hotel. Whilst the staff were great, there are just no facilities to warrant that rating! Again, a great choice if travelling alone and want to place to stay near the Central Station for a few nights.

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and attentive. The location was extremely convenient for transportation and across the street from the Milano Centrale. Would stay there again.

I was given a room with washing basin in it and i believe I paid a lot more for the room, so I requested for another room and they changed it to a room with balcony, I expected to have a breakfast with the amount they charged but no. The staff that I met were pleasant

Ok, but not a 4 star experience
The hotel was ok. Room was modern, but small even with the consideration that it is in a big city. Location is really great if you want to be close to the central station. Lobby is non existent, which is pretty surprising for a 4 star hotel. Cleanliness was also lacking, with a stained toilet, unwiped soap stains on shower shelf and mold in the shower. Certainly nothing shocking, but again not a 4 star hotel experience. This hotel would be what I would expect for something with a 3 star rating.
