Lovely stay in Milan
Lovely welcome. Nice room. A/C didn’t seem to work but temperature was at 23.5 and so a bit too warm to sleep. Staff very helpful. Told us how to get to main sights and best way to visit Lake Como. Breakfast was very nice indeed. Metro straight from airport to a minute away from the hotel.

Didn't have room service that I knew off An okay hotel but charged me €125 per night, which is not a very good price for what was offered. Rooms are okay, some light bulbs don't work but it's clean. The area is far and a bit bland, as the hotel, which although bland, was decent enough.

Our stay was fantastic. The check in process was easy with no issues and the front desk staff speaks very good English. Front desk personnel are very willing to answer questions related to your stay or tourist inquires. They are also very helpful to call a taxi on your behalf. The room is a decent size and the bathroom was clean. The air conditioning worked very well. Make sure to secure your key card in the slot in the wall inside the room or your lights/air won't stay on. Breakfast was ok, just a lot of sweets. It didn't seem like there was many options close for dinner but Don Raffelle's was good. Need a taxi to get places from here. Safe area and quiet. Would stay here again.

The room was small, some areas (bathroom, under the bed) were not cleaned, and the area around the hotel was far from town, unclean, and felt unsafe at night with streetlights out and frequent police activity. I would not stay here again.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and the room was lovely. The staff were very nice and at first it was an amazing experience. The breakfast was ok there was very limited choice and everything was very sweet there was no savoury options other than ham, cheese and bread. The location isn’t really near anything it took us just under an hour to walk there and 35 minutes on public transport. The day before we left we asked if they had a laundry service and if it was free, the receptionist said yes it was no added cost and we asked this twice to make sure. However the next day when checking out I was charged 94 euros for a small bag of washing!!! This absolutely ruined our last day and we were furious. This time it was a different receptionist on and he would not listen to us or even try to help he just kept telling us to pay. There was no information in the room with prices as we had already looked everywhere trying to find information on room service. This led to us having a very bad experience just to one employee letting the place down. Before this I would have definitely recommended staying here.
