Good for train travel
Fine for a night after coming in late from the airport but it’s not where you want to be if you want to sightsee in Milan. We left first thing the next morning so being across the street from the train station was great.

Front desk staff were very helpful and efficient! Recommended a local restaurant which was an excellent choice. Convenient to the main train station. The rooms were very dark, like all black!

This was my 4th stay at the Glam hotel in the last 2 years. It's a reliable property with very easy access to the central train station, and the Duomo area. It has a great breakfast option. The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. Perfect for a short stay in the city without breaking the bank.

Great Location, great interior design, and good breakfast. Unfortunately this new hotel is beginning to need some maintenance. The bathroom sink was clogged, and the water faucet was leaking all over the sink counter. When I asked for this to be fixed - the front desk staff said a maintenance man would see to it immediately, and he was on his way. Well that never happened in the 3 days I stayed!

Hotel is little bit outdated, elevator takes long time to get on desire floor. Hotel is located in busy area, but convenient to transportation. Rooms are comfortable, but needs some renovation; terrace on 9th floor is outstanding with gorgeous view.
