Great but doesn’t have the amenities of a 4-star
Very convenient, across the street from the Milan Centrale railway station. The hotel is new and clean. However it is not a 4 star hotel, it is an excellent 3-star hotel. To be rated 4-stars, it should have amenities such as hair conditioner in the shower, slippers and robes etc., which it lacked.

I accidentally booked the wrong dates through Expedia and they were kind enough to cancel free of charge on non refundable booking. They have made a regular client. I instantly booked them again. This has happened before and most of the properties don't do it.

The hotel was so cheap, in hottest summer season they even do not offer the bottle of water when guests are arriving, in addition they sale it for 2.50 euros. The bathroom shower was not worked normally.
