Nice hotel. Enjoyed dinner at the restaurant & the full bar. Transportation from the Milan airport, using the hotel shuttle was quite delayed being picked up.

We liked the welcome by the staff member. We didn't get his name. He was very helpful. The room was average and small for 3 people. But clean. The restaurant was great. We had a yummy meal. Though one member of our group did not enjoy his meat. Breakfast was perfect. Our shuttle to the airport was trouble free. So, except for the small room, and poor meat quality we did enjoy our stay.

Not an airport hotel. From Malpensa it was impossible to find the shuttle bus (and I travel intensively on 4 continents). The taxi was EUR 33. Going back to the airport you MUST reserve your seat in the shuttle or you Will be rejected (I saw people waiting and being rejected). Besides it is in a residential area with nothing else. The condition of the hotel, for the brand, is average. The staff in the first day were not welcoming.

The hotel room Smelt really bad. The staff were quiet rude and the life guard was useless my child went into The pool to try swim not knowing how deep it was and nearly Drowned and he sat there and didn’t do nothing I would not stay here again awful experience

We arrived at nearly 8 pm that night and we’re told our room was still not ready. The front desk person stated our room was previously used by the flight attendants for a certain company and due to the flight being delayed, they were still in the room and won’t check out until later. The room would still require cleaning once they check out. He offered us two separate rooms with two twin beds and said that was the only option as the hotel is fully booked. I have never heard of someone can occupy the room until 8 in the evening. We have two small children and having them sleeping by themselves in twin size beds was not safe. Breakfast was covered but tasted very strange. We didn’t want to risk getting sick on the flight so did not eat the food. Overall I don’t think this hotel is meeting the classification of a 4-star hotel. Extremely disappointing!

Carpet was dirty and air conditioning are not cold. The transfer only run from 8-10am, if you need transfer to the airport after 10am the change is 25 Eour for only 5 mins drive.
