Fab location but the interior needs some TLC.
The place was very well located, couldn't ask for a better location, a stones throw from the duomo. However the suite needs some improvements. There were a lot of scuffs on the walls, unclean cups, not enough towels, and the Aircon didn't work. The only mirrors were in the bathroom, and the dining table was wobbly.

This place was absolutely incredibly. The location was perfect, and the sight of the Duomo was beautiful. It was probably 2 blocks away from the Duomo plaza. We have a family of 4 and it was nice and large for us. She even offered luggage hold after checkout so we can enjoy some additional sightseeing before our plane ride. If we came back to Milan we would stay here again.

Overall, it was a great stay at a spacious apartment at the center of the city. The only complaint was the strong odor occasionally coming out of the sink and shower.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment Great location and comfortable. A couple of minute walk to the Duomo. Cafes and restuarants close by.Well equiped with almost everything we needed. Just need a bread knife in the kitchen. No washing facilities but plenty of room on balcony to dry hand washing. Couldn't ask for anything more. Would definetely reccommend it for a stay.

Great location and walkable to everything. The rooms and everything was very spacious. We were a family of 6 so space is a must for us with bags and stroller. It had a convenient elevator. I believe it is disabled after midnight.

The santa tecla appartments are supposedly branded as "luxurious", but there was nothing luxurious about the unit we rented (suite Glamour). It was technically clean, meaning that the cleaning crew did setup the appartment nicely, but the appartment's condition as such is terrible. All the walls were covered with marks and badly patched holes, it would seriously need a paint job all over. The shower's tiles were covered in mole, and every night around 9pm, the shower drain started to smell really bad (like sewers) and stinked up the whole apartment! Also, the appartment was big, but the furniture was kind of cheap and small and a lot of basic utilities were missing (like a hair dryer or just basic kitchen dishes and utensils, it was impossible to cook anything). However, the 2 good things about it was definitely the location (right next to Duomo and all the main attraction of the city) and the bed was comfy. All in all, the appartment was "okay", but the fact that we paid more than 500$/night for this is outrageous. At that price you expect something clean, well maintained that includes all basic ameneties and even more.

The property was clean and comfortable. Very spacious apartment. The deluxe room was great but the air conditioning was not working so they moved us to superior room in the night which had better air conditioning but still not that great. Would have given 5 stars if the AC was better.
