Catch in experience was poor. Website and email said it’ll have someone to check in if you go between 3-6pm. I arrived at 4pm, the staff messaged me to say they can’t come in and left my key card at the reception. But the whole night she kept messaging me to WhatsApp my IDs to her, I told her I was not comfortable sending sensitive documents that way but she became rude and says I said I must do by 12am. Then she Kel hassling me to pay city tax so I asked when will she be at the hotel but she keeps telling me she can’t come in. It was stressful and a mess, big something you want during holiday. The room is also super noisy from the train ALL night and then construction during the day. Not a hotel I’ll recommend to a friend or family.

Rude reception. Was chastised for not receiving a text message asking when we'd arrive. And then treated poorly during the entire check-in process. There was construction going on during the night on the road, the room was incredibly loud. The room, otherwise, was very nice.

The Dream Suites is a great place to stay in Milano. The M1 metro close by and No 9 tram from Milano Centrale make it easy to get around. Local cafes and restaurants good. Go for prosecco and bar snacks at 5! The rooms are spacious and most pleasant. Thank you Isabella and Lorenza.

Nice area, interesting building and tidy apartment. Need support at the entrance to make sure the App is working which is used to unlock doors to enter the building. Once it is set up it works fine.

Clean, modern and close to the Metro
The room was GORGEOUS. Did not see that coming. Mint, clean and modern design with all the little details thought through. Included tea, coffee, biscuit as well. The property doesn't have a full-time reception but is very close by and comes to assist if needed.

Sehr hübsches und sauberes Boutique-Hotel mit lediglich 5 grossen Zimmern. Sehr gut gelegen und das Zentrum ist auch zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist auch ruhig und sauber.
