Clean, modern and close to the Metro
The room was GORGEOUS. Did not see that coming. Mint, clean and modern design with all the little details thought through. Included tea, coffee, biscuit as well. The property doesn't have a full-time reception but is very close by and comes to assist if needed.

Sehr hübsches und sauberes Boutique-Hotel mit lediglich 5 grossen Zimmern. Sehr gut gelegen und das Zentrum ist auch zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist auch ruhig und sauber.

The property had alot of potential but it didn't meet the mark. The Dream Suites is located in a neighborhood near Tricolore/ Porta Venezia, pretty convenient with the subway just a short 5-10mins walk from the property. Rooms were clean upon arrival BUT it is simply not where you will want to stay if you are looking to have a good night sleep after travelling during the day. Rooms are facing the roads on the ground floor and there is no sound proofing whatsoever. The tram is right by the window and we can literally hear and feel the room vibrating when the tram passes by every 10minutes when we tried to sleep. You will also hear your neighboring rooms shower/ door sounds. Unfortunately, the experience we had simply falls short of what you are paying (unless you are okay with constant noise when you are sleeping which is definitely not what you want when you are travelling)! Note for the property : if you would have invested in sound proofing the walls, especially given the close proximity of the rooms to the roads, it will definitely be a much better apartment.

The Dream Suites property is super well decorated/appointed and clean. This is a boutique property with about 5 units. The property owner/manager Isabella is a delight to work with and very efficient. She helped us adjust the remote temperature and other helpful matters. Additionally, she greeted us via text and WhatsApp to confirm arrival and is prompt in communications. Highly recommend this property as a very good value in Milan.

Riktigt bra Hotell. Läge var toppen, man tar spårvagn nr 9 som stannar några få meter ifrån. Och att ta sig till shopping och sevärdheter är det en kort promenad. Väldigt smidig in-checkning. Och suveränt bemötande. Så vill man bo centralt och bra så skulle jag verkligen rekommendera The Dreamsuites. Kommer att boka igen nästa gång jag kommer till Milano. Rummet var rent och sängen var bra. Det var ett mycket rymligt badrum. Egen kaffemaskin där kapslar fylldes på varje dag.

I had a great stay! The room was clean and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The area was very convenient to walk into the city center or to take the metro. I was traveling with a friend and we also utilized the pull out couch and she said it was super comfortable. The area felt safe but not overly crowded. I would not hesitate to stay here on future trips to Milan!

No issues at all. This room is so nice and clean. Perfectly located, walking distance to attractions, food, just about anything. The staff was so kind and friendly. Would highly recommend staying here as it is like a diamond room. Pleased, is an understatement.
