Convenient location Dismissive staff Poor ergonomics in both bedroom and bathroom ( my husband cut his head badly on the box above the loo). Early (5.45am) bin emptying which was extremely noisy on both mornings we were there. Fridge froze our stuff Nice planting out front, back view very messy

Cheap for bay area. Family operation on a smaller budget. If you want to be pampered be prepared to fork over nearly double the amount.

Food left in the fridge, mold in the ice container.. makes me scared to think if they even wash the bedding or clean the bathroom thoroughly.. waited in lobby for over 10 minutes for staff to come, they only came to pick up the phone when I called.
