Icky, save your money.

Icky is the word I use to describe the room. Looked nothing like the picture . The door handles, light switches, door and walls were filthy..Hand marks everywhere and grimy door knobs. Obviously they dont wipe things down. When I first opened door I killed a black widow on the bed. I got no sleep as you can hear the traffic from freeway which is literally next to hotel. My kids didnt sleep because people walking in stairs woke us up everytime. Thank God it was one night but spend the extra $40 and get a nicer hotel room down the street..Area was sketchy as well..Also something was spilled in front of room which stayed wet and we had to walk around ,very inconvenient while unloading car.

We arrived late to check in and the staff gave us our key. The first room had roaches scurrying as soon as you run in the light. I went to the bathroom and saw bugs on the walls. I requested a change and they swapped rooms. This room smelled like smoke and had the exact same bugs on walls and sticky table issue. I was disgusted and asked them to give me a refund. They told me the manager would call. Expedia tried but nobody will give me a refund. Bad management and gross hotel. I don’t want bedbugs and don’t want to find how gross it really is.

Bad experience.

Room facing the Freeway and It's noisy constantly all night. Everyday we've asked for another room not facing the freeway, Front Desk said all the rooms are fully booked. AC/Heat super loud. We ended up not using it at night. Of the 3 nights stayed, no maid to cleanup room or towel exchange. We have to complain in order to get new towels on the 3rd night.
