Chosen because it was dog friendly and it did not disappoint - the staff were very welcoming and we were allocated a ground floor room which made it very easy when he needed out. Good size of room with seating to enable us to relax. Close to Willen Lake for great walks

Overall, the hotel was a pleasant stay, with friendly and accommodating staff. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. On the first night, I found brown marks which looked like poo on the bed sheets, and on the second night, after the sheets were changed, I discovered a dirty sweat and body dirt mark with oil patches. I found dog treats from the previous guest. I was given fresh sheets to make the bed myself. It such a shame as it was a lovely hotel While the front desk staff were helpful and understanding, I would not recommend staying at this hotel again due to the hygiene issues.

Birthday visit to Milton Keynes
Excellent value as always. Couple of minor niggles- there was only one set of towels for 2 people. Additionally, the room apparently has air conditioning but I couldn’t get it to cool the room. But it was clean and comfortable and all you could want for a short break.

Overall a nice, comfortable, clean hotel. The only reason I didn’t give it an excellent is that it was unfortunately let down a bit by the breakfast facilities at the time of my stay. The brown bread selection was tasteless (proper wholemeal would have been preferred) The toaster was very slow and consequently the queue to use it was long, One of the two coffee dispensers was out of order and again the queue was long. No fresh fruit was available.

There was plenty of parking and the hotel and facilties were good. Handy to gave a harvester within walking distance when you have young children.
