Great for downtown stays
This stay was really great. The front desk lady Nina was exceptional! She was so nice and really went above and beyond for me. The room was very quite, clean and modern. They had an onsite security guard who was definitely active and doing a great job. The main issue i found with the hotel was getting into it. The parking is all in the back the entrance is off the street and there are no signs in the parking lot to show you where to go.

There are some nice things about this hotel, but it is also missing several things that keep it from being excellent. First, the front door faces Clyborn, and there's no driveway to pull in like most hotels. Then there was no "view" because half the rooms face the highway and the other half face a parking lot. I couldn't open my blinds even if I wanted to, because of all the cars entering and exiting the highway. I specifically asked for a room with a tub and the front desk person was accommodating. But then when I got to the room, all of the shower products were empty, and there was no stopper to be able to use the tub. Bed was ok and towels were like sandpaper. So definitely not the worst place I've been [generally clean], but not the best either.

Friday Night Fun...
We were up all night, along with the entire second floor due to a disturbance by 4 individuals that never should've been let in. A woman was unhinged- something must've happened at night because all we heard was yelling, fighting, screaming, swearing on and off all night to the point where this lady had to be thrown out of hotel. She kept coming in apparently through the front door regardless all night. Lady was running up and down the hallway banging on all of our doors on the second floor hallway screaming and taunting anyone and everyone. This crazy lady banged so hard on someone's door repeatedly to the point where the guest yelled at them to stop through the door. Multiple guests including myself called the front desk multiple times and you can tell the staff was frazzled and said they tried kicking them out and calling cops (which apparently were slow and never came til 6am). We woke up 5 times throughout the night due to this situation. Lady was clearly unstable, screaming at the top of her lungs, punching everyone's door repeatedly and running up and down the hallway. Seemed like a lovers quarrel because we heard her hit someone and loud thuds and screaming multiple times and then things went quiet. It was actually super scary and I know girlfriend and I along with everyone else on that floor was up all night scared crapless. I think everyone on that second floor should get our money back for that night. It was truly horrendous and unsafe. Lady finally got arrested.
