Perfect stay!

Excellent downtown stay for a girls night. Never stayed at a Drury before. Delightfully suprised at the Kickback amenity. 3 free drinks and a delicious meal buffet. Will only ever stay at this hotel again for any downtown Milwaukee events. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet looked delicious, hot coffee bar in the morning. Thank you Mikwaukee Drury for an excellent stay!

Weekend in Milwaukee

Excellent customer service. Staff professional and polite. Room clean and comfortable with beautiful view of city and lake (in distance). 5:30 pm dinner time snacks and drinks added an extra special bonus and tasty! We would have preferred the time at 5:00 pm since we chose to walk to our event. We haven’t had breakfast yet, but I’m sure if it’s anything like the “dinner snacks” it will be good!! Thank you!

The hotel was fine but it took more than one trip from management to deal with our drunk loud neighbors who sounded like they were physically fighting. Maybe not the hotels fault but it made us feel like unsafe and like it’s a location that rents to a wild crowd (not in a good way). Also the free drinks were garbage as was to be expected.

This hotel is the total package

We may have found our new favorite hotel in Milwaukee. We visit from Chicago 2-3 times a year and have stayed many places, but it's rare to find a combination of ideal location, free breakfast buffet, free happy hour and meal (which could pass for dinner), great service, nice rooms, indoor pool and gym. Truly, it has everything... and it's walkable to just about everything.

Our room had food still in the fridge from previous people, there was a dirty spoon and flosser stick on the floor between bedside table and bed. The sink drain barely opened, luckily my husband could use a card to open the drain so the water would drain.

Clean and Comfortable!

This was a very nice, clean, and comfortable hotel. We had a large group and were able to hang out in the lobby area in the evening together playing games and watching football. It was great!
