An EXTREMELY past its prime hotel. Carpeting is filthy and old in desperate need of replacement. Air conditioning in room doesn't work. No microwave in room. Overall wouldn't stay again due to age, cleanliness and overall state of hotel.

Very convenient access to the airport with a shuttle. The staff was great except there was only one staff person at check in (at 8:30 pm) so they couldnt get the infant bed for us. In our room the sink faucet was practically coming out of the counter and the shower didnt have hot water and wouldnt turn off. All in all, I'm glad we only had to stay here for about 9 hours.

This is a perfectly fine place to stay if you want to be convenient to the MKE airport. The biggest drawback is the lack of an on-site restaurant -- although they do have a paid buffet breakfast. There's also nowhere you can walk from the hotel, like restaurants or a drug store, so I had to have Uber bring me stuff. The front desk staff was consistently friendly and helpful. The facility is nothing special, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I needed a hotel near the airport.

The hotel was filthy as well as the room I had, we arrived a little early from our flight, the lady who was at the counter refused to allow us to check in early at all .She actually did not check us in until almost 3:30 stating the rooms were not ready. We then asked to leave our bags there so we could go lounge n grab a bite until she said we could check in, she refused to let us leave our bags. This woman was not only very disrespectful she made our situation ten times harder. She was very unprofessional and treated myself and my employee very bad and wrong. When I was checking out I spoke to the new woman who was working 3rd shift and told her about the issues . She was very apologetic and said the woman working 1st shift sometimes gets like that and apologized for her. I would recommend this lady take some professionalism classes and how to treat guest. I also left a note for the manager and my phone number which I have not heard nothing from anybody regarding my stay. I have to come back there in a few weeks and I will not be staying here.

Staff was friendly but hotel building smelled musty. Our air conditioner in our room was not cold just loud. Free breakfast was a couple of boxes of cereal.
