Run down property. Wanted to have a beer in the pool area but was told no. Understand no glass but plastic cup? Not enough towels in the room for 3 people no bedding for the sofa sleeper. Breakfast coupons were given out for two but we had 3 registered guest in the room. Asked about that but was told only 2. Not a good experience

Good Location - Kind of out-dated
Centrally located to all of the events that we attended over the course of 3 days. Pet friendly, and the front desk was able to assign a first level room for us, to make it easy for the times that we had to get the pup outside. The room smelled musty, but after we turned on the AC it was better. Nice big flat screen tv. NO microwave (a little strange, couldn't warm up the leftovers one night). We didn't have time to use the pool or the exercise room (but they looked clean and maintained). The hotel BAR/Restaurant was nothing to brag about: limited food menu (pricey, too) and the bartender/server was just OK. The ice machine for the first floor was located on the 2nd floor (and after riding the elevator up -- discovered that it was Out Of Order). The ice machine on the 3rd floor was ALSO OOO. Returned to the front desk, and the clerk was kind enough to go to the kitchen to fill my ice bucket.

People smoking weed openly around the property. It is constantly loud. Rooms were dirty. Carpet dirty. Would not stay here again.

I was really disappointed after one of the customers service agents called and canceled my reservation during my travel time . I booked through Expedia and they called to confirm about difficulties and the agent denied problems and tried to make me pay cancellation fees I have never experienced anything like this such a frustrating moment and inconvenience

The second night into our 4 night stay we had to evacuate due to a plumbing issue. The staff did not handle it well. They did not inform every guest that vouchers would be available to transfer to another hotel. I had to learn this as I was contacting the other hotels. This was not appreciated. The hotel is old and likely to have other related issues in the future. I will not stay there again.

Very easy to find and nice location right off of 43. Lots of dining and shopping options nearby. Hotel was clean and room was fine. Breakfast was not complimentary and the staff person at the front desk was more concerned about texting on her phone and not welcoming in any way.

Very noisy. Barking, running through halls, elevated conversations....have to leave the TV on to buffer all other sounds. People were nice enough. Disgruntled customers. You're paying for location helf between Downtown and Bayshore.
